About this Resource
This guide is meant to help you and your clients understand more about managing high blood pressure (hypertension), which is one of the leading causes of death worldwide. The first part of the guide deals with the practicalities of how to measure blood pressure as well as a brief description of what blood pressure is. The second part focuses on lifestyle changes which have been found to reduce elevated blood pressure in clinical trials.
