- “Clients” refers to people with whom you have a professional relationship (whether coached individually, in a group setting, face-to-face, or remotely)
2. Eligibility
To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old. Our Resources are designed for fitness professionals to use in their work with clients. The Resources are not designed for use by private individuals and are not intended for purchase by such persons.
3. Subscription Terms
3.1. Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans, which are detailed on our Pricing page.
Standard or Lifetime subscribers are granted a license to download and use the Resources in their professional work. They are authorised to share copies with their clients in accordance with the terms listed below.
Trial (free) users may download and print the Resources for personal use only. They must not use or share any Resources in their professional work or for any other commercial purposes.
3.2. Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
3.3. Payment: We process all payments via a third-party application called Stripe. Once your card details have been provided, you authorize Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fee. Note that Stripe may automatically update card details.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1. Cancellation: Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We can also authorise a cancellation on your behalf if you contact our customer service team.
4.2. Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable except within the 14-day grace period. If you have downloaded more than 5 resources, you will no longer be eligible for a full refund.
5. User Accounts
5.1. Account Creation: You must create an account to access our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Your details will be held in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.2. Account Security: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Content Ownership and Use
6.1. Intellectual Property: All Content provided on the website is owned by Lift and Uplift Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2. Limited License: Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for personal and professional development only.
6.3. Prohibited Uses: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Content without our written permission.
7. User Conduct
